The Longaberger 7-story basket building

Construction was completed in December 1997 on the Longaberger Co.'s seven-story home office in Newark, Ohio.

The building was designed after the company's main product: a medium-size handmade woven basket.


The building has a 30,000 square-foot atrium filled with natural light from a skylight (shown in lower photo) that rests beneath the two 150-ton basket handles.
