Worlds smallest road-legal production car
A Peel P50 has gone on display at Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum in Piccadilly Circus, London. The car holds the Guinness World record for being the smallest road-legal car ever produced.
The Peel P50 microcar comes from the city of Peel located on the Isle of Man off the English coast. The P50 was manufactured by Peel engineering between 1962 and 1966.
The car has a motorcycle engine and has no reverse gear. It has a handle on the back so the driver can get out and pick the car up to turn it around.
