Obama pokes fun at snow reaction in Washington

After the Obama girls were sent home on a school ‘snow day’ Barack told reporters, “When it comes to the weather, folks in Washington don't seem to be able to handle things.”



He also said he wants to see a little bit of "flinty, Chicago toughness" applied locally.
