Denver International Airport offers free Wi-Fi service for travelers. However, if you want to browse Vanity Fair magazine, you’re out of luck. You'll have to buy it at the newsstand because DIA's Internet filter blocks Vanity Fair as "provocative."
When attempting to log on to the controversial web site BoingBoing, using Microsoft Vista, a warning will appear on your screen saying, “This program has known computability issues.” Needless to say BoingBoing is also blocked at Denver International Airport.
They say they're using prudent judgment in a public, family-friendly atmosphere
Critics say the airport is using the same technology used by repressive regimes in Sudan and Kuwait.
