Police pepper spray protesters during mass arrests near DNC

The photo shows police in riot gear dispersing protestors with pepper spray Monday night.



There was a crowd of about 300 disrupting traffic about a mile from the convention.

About 50 people were taken into custody charged with disobeying a lawful order and interference with police.
