Rahm Emanuel to run for Mayor of Chicago?

White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel may announce his decision to return to Chicago.

The photo above shows Rahm Emanuel acting stupid during the inauguration of Barack Obama.

Mr. Emanuel is said to be nearing a decision on whether to leave the White House and run for mayor of Chicago. An announcement could come as early as Friday. This is surely the worst kept secret in Washington.
