Rangel and Waters ethical woes fog Democrat hopes in November

Two possible ethics trials of senior Democrat members of Congress are compounding the governing party's political woes and raising hopes among Republican leaders that they can make large gains in November's mid-term elections.

House Minority Leader John Boehner (R., Ohio) said on Fox News that Democrats had failed to "drain the swamp" of House ethics as they had promised.

How could Pelosi drain the swamp if the two biggest alligators refuse to budge?
