Stranded leader runs Norway by iPad

Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg (pictured), stranded in New York City due to an erupting volcano.


Stoltenberg was in the U.S for the nuclear summit.

His solution to governing his country by remote? Buy an iPad. To govern his country with an iPad -- he must have found an app for that.
