Howard Dean: kill the Senate health bill

Former Democratic leader Howard Dean (pictured) said the Senate health care bill in its current form should be scrapped.

Others agree saying the Senate health care bill is so compromised it would be better to kill it than fight for its passage.

After Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid gave in to Sen. Joe Lieberman and agreed to scrap a Medicare compromise, and with the public option already off the table, many Democrats supporting ObamaCare are giving up on the legislation.

The public option will probably be dead regardless of what happens.
