What happened to the eye of Health Sec Sebelius?

Is the Health Sec sick?

On a Federal Eye (no pun intended) Washington Post blog entry at the link below, there is a photo of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius with a bandage on her forehead and an obvious eye problem.

According to the Federal Eye report Sebelius had a basal cell carcinoma removed from her forehead on Tuesday during a successful standard outpatient procedure.

Nothing is wrong with her eye and it only appears puffy because of the effects of the procedure to remove the skin cells from her forehead.
