Do we have a post turtle president?

If you ever see a turtle sitting on top of a fence post you can sure of four things:

1. He didn’t get up there by himself.

2. He doesn’t belong up there.

3. He doesn’t know what to do while he is up there.

4. He will remain there until someone brings him down.

And you wonder just who on earth propped him up there in the first place.
