Obama tells GOP stimulus objectors ‘I won’

Washington politicians are quickly learning just where the arrogant new president stands.

Obama listened to Republican gripes about his stimulus package during a meeting with congressional leaders Friday morning - but he also left no doubt about who's in charge of these negotiations.

"I won," Obama noted matter-of-factly, according to sources familiar with the conversation.

The Republicans had valid objections about the Obama stimulus package because it is not so much a stimulus, as it is a massive transfer of wealth from the politically unconnected to the politically connected.

The stimulus package will be a giant piggy bank for greedy politicians and for the friends of greedy politicians.
