McCain suspended his campaign because the “bail-out” was more important. He even cancelled all political advertising to focus on working with congress and the president to find a solution to the crisis.
Barack Obama
Had to be summoned to Washington by the president.
He was studying for the Friday night debate with Senator McCain. It seems that his performance at the debates superceded solving a very grave national financial crisis.
