The city of Denver wants everything to look nice for the Democratic National Convention - including the homeless.There was talk of giving the homeless bus fare and tickets to the Denver Zoo and movie theater tickets. They can’t get ‘em all out of downtown so the city is giving them $20 haircut vouchers to spruce them up a bit.
